Data protection statement on the processing of personal data transmitted via the “Work with us” form

Gemmo S.p.A. hereby informs you, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR”, about the data processing that may be carried when you provide your personal data by submitting your application through the “Work with us” form.

Type of data processed

The Controller processes personal data such as contact details, e-mail address or telephone number, as well as information related to training and work experience included in your CV and provided by you when submitting your application.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing

The information contained in the form will be used to assess your application and to contact you in case we are interested in your professional profile in view of potential employment opportunities.
Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request.  In all cases, processing is carried with the consent of the person concerned.
Please note that it is mandatory to provide the information marked with an asterisk * in order for your application to be evaluated. Providing the other information is optional.

Method of processing and recipients of the data

The data may be processed electronically or on a hard copy, both by company personnel during the performance of the services you requested, as persons authorised to process the data, and by any third parties involved in the carrying out the same activities as Data Processors or independent Data Controllers.

Duration of the processing

The data will be kept for as long as necessary to process your request, unless the data has to be retained due to regulatory or contractual obligations.

Rights of data subjects

We would like to remind you that you have the right request the data controller to give you access to and the rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of its processing or object to processing or the right to data portability at any time. You may exercise these rights using the contact details above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting the data controller at the e-mail addresses indicated.

Right to lodge a complaint

We also remind you of your right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, which in Italy is the ‘Garante per la protezione dei dati personali’.
