Concession Contract for the entrusting in project finance for the implementation and maintenance, through an Energy Performance Contract(EPC), according to the contract model of the SharedSavings type, of the interventions of efficiencyenergetic efficiency of the buildings and archaeological areas of the Regional Department of Cultural Heritage and Sicilian Identity in the territory of the region.

Energy-efficiency interventions:

• Replacement of light fixtures
• Energy requalification of thermal plants
• Photovoltaic panel installation
• Window replacement
• Implementation of energy monitoring system and remote control

Routine and extraordinary maintenance of electrical and thermal systems

Contract amount: about 39 mln euros
Contract term: 30 years
Contract period: 2021-2051
