Gemmo was awarded, in a vertical RTI with Cooperativa Archeologia, the redevelopment and refunctionalization of properties of historical and artistic value such as Palazzo Carignano in Turin, Palazzo Ducale in Mantua, and numerous sites in the Ostia Antica Archaeological Park.
