Gemmo talks about facility management at Tall Buildings 2022 conference

On Wednesday, June 22, we will discuss facility management at the11th Tall Buildings international conference, which will be held in Milan at the Salone d’Onore of the Milan Triennale.

The event is organized by Guamari Srl and sponsored by Iuav University of Venice and the Polytechnic University of Milan. The conference will be animated by:

  • Aldo Norsa (former full professor, Iuav University of Venice)
  • Dario Trabucco (associate professor, Iuav University of Venice)

and will host some 30 Italian and foreign speakers and a few hundred participants.

We will be present as a sponsor and give a talk on our facility management activities serving the PwC Italy tower in Milan.

Telling the characteristics of this management order is a great satisfaction for us. We took charge of a complex and innovative building such as the Libeskind tower in the final stages of construction, identifying together with the client possible areas for improvement. Concrete results include saving more than 20 percent in electricity consumption in April 2022 compared with the same month in 2021.

The overall management of the Pwc Tower lasts for four years, in RTI with CMB Società cooperativa Muratori e Braccianti di Carpi. Planned activities are routine and extraordinary maintenance of plumbing, thermal, electrical, fire protection, elevators, andconstruction maintenance.

In this post about the Pwc tower you will find details about the work we are doing.
